Fallout 3/NV Intercom

This is a real-world replica of the intercom you see and use in the game, scaled accurately according to its physical specifications. I designed it using a basis of 1/4-inch round screws/rivets, which results in an actual size of 5.6 inches length by 2 inches width by 6.8 inches height. This design can be fully printed on a Replicator for maximum accuracy and functionality. To make the intercom fully functional, I plan to provide downloadable files that enable you to print each component separately, then assemble it according to your needs. In the original design, I deliberately left out the rivets/screws and only included guide holes so you can mount the face plate. The push button is specifically sized for compatibility with a part found on Digikey - specifically, this product, which accurately replicates its appearance in-game: EG4400-ND (1426847) from Digikey.com. To make it even more functional and sturdy, I hollowed out the case to make room for additional components. Additionally, I included built-in stand-offs with 12mm deep holes to ensure accurate alignment of the face plate when mounting it on the intercom case.
