Falling Ball Wooden Toy
grabcad
The Grabcad platform no longer automatically displays GIFs; to view the two animations, simply click on the images. This concept is inspired by a YouTube video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BJlm--i_1Kc). It's an attractive toy that operates through gravity and contact interactions. The model was designed in Solidworks 2016 and rendered using Simlab Composer 7 Mechanical Edition. To enhance the visuals, frames were edited with Virtualdub, saved as AVI/X264 and BMP formats. MyMP4BoxGui was used to reformat the video into an MP4 file. PhotoScape was employed to create GIFs from the edited frames, while IrfanView helped in editing the renders. The model is available for download in various formats including Solidworks 2016, Simlab Composer 7, DAE, STEP, IGES, Parasolid, OBJ, SketchUp, 3DS, DWF, and FBX.
