Update 3/23/2017 - I neglected to design markings for power polarity on the exterior of the case, so I will work on fixing that in my next revision. For now, I recommend taking a sharpie and marking a + and - on top of the case. This is a remix of the Falcon case, modified to work with the PiHat from Crockett Fantasy Of Lights / Darrell Pellegrin. I remixed this design using Tinkercad. There are two versions of the case top files: one for users with the PiHat featuring a real-time clock and 5V buck converter, and another for those with the plain hat without any additional components. There are also two versions of the case bottom. Use rpi2-bottom for the B+ and Pi2, and rpi3-bottom for the Pi3. Note that you can actually use the 3 bottom version for all models - the micro SD opening is only slightly larger on the Pi3 model. I used 3mm x 16mm screws to secure the case together. Let me know if you discover any issues with these designs, as they should work for a Pi B+, Pi2, and Pi3. Print Settings: * Printer: Sunhokey Prusa i3 * Rafts: No * Supports: No * Resolution: 0.2mm layer height * Infill: 100% * Notes: If you encounter strange empty spaces around the mounting holes or sides of the cases, try adjusting your wall line count in the slicer. For Cura, I found that setting my walls to 2 resolved the issue, as using a higher value caused infill problems in small gaps.
