Falcon Backpack

I'm putting the finishing touches on a falcon wings/backpack from Captain America 2 and Marvel Comics, specifically for comic con! I've got everything except the finer details worked out, but that's what needs some serious scrutiny. It's just too large to fit under my at-home printer, so I'll be relying on Shapeways to get it made - their print quality is second to none after all. Could you please take a gander and share your expert advice?
