Flying a scale model of the first stage of the Falcon 9 Block 5 rocket, measuring 1:74. This model simulates the rocket's return to space with its grid fins open. However, it flies in the opposite direction, from ground to air. The model measures 640 mm long and 50 mm in diameter. It is powered by one D6-5 model rocket motor that produces 20 N of thrust, reaching an altitude of approximately 150 meters. The body tube is made of cardboard, measuring 50 mm in diameter, provided by Klima. This model can be printed using PLA or ColorFabb XT-CF20 materials. Extra weight needs to be added to the nose for stability during flight.
