Fairy Ring Witch

The Witch Challenge has been taken on by the creation of a Fairy Ring Witch, a project conceived and brought to life entirely by myself for @AliceJaunet. Bringing this concept into existence in 3D was an absolute blast, and I'm already looking forward to creating more original projects like it in the future. From there, everything else was done in Blender 2.8. The hand-painting process utilized a single layer in blender, with some additional edits made afterwards using Krita.
