Fairfield Plantation Southern Wall
sketchfab
Archaeologists with the Fairfield Foundation are now digging into the eastern block of the southern addition to the Fairfield Plantation manor house, added between 1704 and 1709. The western section (on the left) has already been uncovered through excavation, while the eastern section (on the right) remains fully intact. Fairfield Foundation archaeologists have started excavating the eastern block, bringing more of the structure's foundation to light. This digital model was created using drone-based photogrammetry and will be updated as progress keeps moving at the site.
