Fader knob - Fostex 454 mixer or similar

I had to manufacture a missing fader knob for my Fostex mixer. The metal part of the fader where the knob is attached measures 1.1 by 19 mm in size. Consequently, any model of fader with this exact metal dimension will fit perfectly with this knob. Typically, the middle cut on the fader is marked with white paint to indicate its position on the scale. I made a cut and marked it with black ink instead.
