Fader knob for Fostex Mixer or similar

I had to create a replacement fader knob for my Fostex mixer because one went missing. The metal part of the original fader measures 1.1 x 19 mm, so any fader model with this exact size will fit perfectly onto the new knob. Typically, a white mark is painted on the middle cut to indicate the fader's position on the scale, but I opted for a black marker instead.
