You can attach this Fadenschneider/Garnschneider to the arm of your sewing machine with double-sided adhesive tape. Print both parts, take two separate segments of a cutter blade and attach them in the Schneider so that the blades cross over each other. Then stick the two housing parts together. (For better fit, you can plane the surfaces with sandpaper.)
