The header used for this design is: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00899WN86?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00 You can modify the lid slightly to have the rear supports a bit smaller. They are snug to the board, keeping it in place. The lid itself slides fairly easily into the slots, so if you want this tighter, you can increase the width slightly as well. Screw holes are for M6 screws. Print Settings: Supports: Infill: 60% Notes: Printed using PLA white foam. The LED will be slightly visible through it. My particular 3D printer used a 45-degree Celsius heated bed with a 215-degree Celsius head. Took approximately 35-40 minutes on my printer, using 0.2mm layers and a speed of 6000mm.
