This 3D model represents an abandoned factory and was created using 3ds Max 2015 by Vaibhav Gate. The model is ideal for gaming purposes or other applications, although it initially had issues with splines and polygons that were corrected later. It features editable poly mode and splines for easy manipulation, with cameras already set up. UVW mapping has not been done yet; for optimal output, use V-Ray renderer.
