Factory Building Set 3 Low-poly 3D model

This set contains various real-life building models, such as Factory 09 with 6108 triangles and 3 materials, Factory 10 with 1530 triangles and 5 materials, Factory 11 with 908 triangles and 5 materials, and Factory 12 with 2370 triangles and 4 materials. The models are scaled at a default of 1 unit = 1 meter. Formats include 3DS, FBX, and OBJ (with .mtl) files. Textures include diffuse maps and normal maps. All textures are preloaded on the materials and prefabs for easy scene integration. The models are optimized for game engines but can also be used in any 3D software.
