This Ceiling Fan / Light pull chain knob, handle, finial, fob is engineered specifically for standard #6 (3.2mm) ball chains, ensuring a seamless connection. It will also accommodate smaller chains when paired with a #6 metal connector. This version prints without supports. To attach the chain to your ceiling fan, simply pass it through the top of the print and secure it with a standard #6 connector. For ball chains and metal connectors, create a loop around a keyring or hook using the other end of the connector. If you lack a metal connector, download and print the BALL-CONNECTOR.stl file provided. Note that printing this connector in PLA may result in a tight fit. Place the chain on a hard surface, position the connector over the last ball, and push down until it clicks into place. You can also use string with a substantial knot tied at the end for an alternative attachment method. When printing this ceiling fan pull chain, I recommend using 10% infill for standard applications. However, if intended for ceiling fan use, consider increasing the infill to achieve greater weight and stability.
