Factorio Laser Turret Proves Effective in Alien Deterrence. The turret's design is surprisingly simple to replicate via 3D printing or assembly, but one notable challenge lies within its ball joint. This component proves excessively tight, necessitating a workaround to ensure smooth operation. I strongly advise utilizing old braided cable for the rear support, as the wire can become quite rigid. To facilitate a more seamless folding action, I employed an M3 nut and bolt for the arm joint. This modification allowed me to tighten the joint securely, thereby optimizing its performance. Regrettably, scaling up the LED version of this turret is not feasible without compromising the battery compartment's integrity.
