Based on Hafele's Facia Clip Set for Internal Drawers.Clip set that allows the automatic opening of the internal drawer when the front panel is pulled out. FILESSTL files contain clips for standard Hettich drawers with 9,5cm and 18,5cm of front height.Both can be applied for smaller drawers.9,5cm clip is going to fit drawers up to 10cm of front height.18,5 clip is going to fit drawers up to 19cm of front height.INSTALLATION/PRINT TIPS"FRONT PART"Center on the external drawer's front.Make "front part" as rigid as you can. If it's too loose or elastic the "bottom part" is going to pull on it and bend/brake it when opening the drawer. "MIDDLE PART"Center on the external drawer's front.Align bottom screw hole with the bottom of the internal drawer.Don't worry about being super precise with it, as error limit is about 1cm. Larger misalignment can also be fixed by flipping the "middle part" upside down."BOTTOM PART"Center on the internal drawer's bottom.Align screw holes 4,5cm to the back of the drawer.Spacing of screw holes is 3,2cm. Designed to fit 3,5x16 screws.TO CUSTOMIZE“Front part” is mobile and moves up to about 1cm after attaching to the “bottom part”.For optimal use, ensure that the inner height of the "front part" is at least 1,5cm longer than the height of the internal drawer's front, so the drawer can fit inside of it and also maintain mobility. “Middle part” is meant to be as long as the height of the internal drawer's front. To prevent pulling on the "front part", you can make "middle part" as long as you want. Just remember to leave minimum 1cm gap to maintain mobility. “Bottom part” will fit regardless.
