Аs a result, I made sure that it is necessary to make gaps between adjacent parts of about 0.1-0.2 mm. In this case, subsequent processing of the part is almost unnecessary. Simplest design, very easy to print, no glue, no nuts, no screws. To achieve the result you need to print every of two parts one time. It's recommended to use filament of different colors. PETG, ABS, PLA and any other is good choice for the thing filament. I use Ender 3 (with standard hotend 0.4) and about 3-4 hours to print this box.
