FaceShield / visière
thingiverse
I wasn't satisfied with existing models, so I decided to model one that perfectly fits my needs in terms of printing speed, simplicity of assembly, and adaptation to the needs of healthcare personnel (wearing glasses below, a mask of varying volume). I therefore created a model that requires no elastic, is very flexible (printed in PLA) and only needs a drill press set to A6 for the four holes in the sheets. For the assembly, it's enough to put the two handles at the ends and then pivot the support upwards to align the central handles. (See photos) Printed in PLA in 30 minutes with the following settings on a U20: - Cura 4.5 - Extra fast 0.3 - 1 layer below, 1 border layer, and 2 upper layers - Feed rate 150% - Speed 60mm/s - No support - No adhesion Thank you very much to Jacques Risso for the assembly manual!
