First, print the Prusa file in 3D with specifications depending on the printer and material used. On the Prusa website, many people and initiatives share these settings: https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/25857-prusa-face-shield/user-gcodes We are cutting the Visor on a PETG sheet 0.75cm thick using a laser cutter machine. Here at Thomas Maker, we use a VESTA CO2 infrared laser with 90 watts and a 100x60 cm cutting area. To get the most out of the PETG sheet, we pre-cut it into 8 pieces of 50x50 cm each, and then cut the "Prusa_Faceshield_Visormodified-_4in1.dxf" file with 4 visors on each smaller plate. The file "Prusa_Faceshield_Visor_modified.dxf" has only one visor, distribute according to the available cutting area. Be very careful not to cut transparent materials based on chlorine at the laser, such as PVC, because the fumes from burning are highly toxic and corrosive for the machine. If you need to cut materials that cannot be cut with a laser, recommend using a cutting knife in a hydraulic press. Finally, use a strong elastic band and secure the Visor to the structure with care not to break or crack any parts.
