As all original FaceShields need 3DPs with available space 200x200mm, many users of smaller printers asked for a "partial model" that can be mounted. So we created this model and did some constructive improvements resulting from printing and using the original model (where they broke, which problems to unstitch Stack5, etc...). To print one Shield, please load face_shield_mo_leg_li_re_HD_V1.stl twice and face_shield_mo_main_HD_V1.stl. After printing, please trim the parts before mounting them. To cut the rounded edges easier, use this helper (model) https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/27910-rounded-corner-helper-for-faceshields/files. Feedback and ideas for improvement are welcome. How to get the holes into the Shield? Use an ISO838 hole puncher and use "A6" then punch the sheet from both sides. We added a 3-hole version for North America on April 15, 2020. To print one Shield, please load face_shield_mo_leg_li_re_HD_V1.stl twice and face_shield_mo_main_HD_V1.stl. After printing, please trim the parts before mounting them.
