I make a few tweaks to this design: I add vents for heat release, tabs on the front that let you use a 3-hole punched sheet protector, and angle the internal headband at 10 degrees so it fits better on your noggin. The slit in the forward band is still there if you want to use the original setup. I also recommend using foam as Jeremy mentioned - it's a game-changer. Use what you have to keep it in place.
