To resolve this problem use this neck support - the pressure goes to the item instead of skin. Sometimes the neck support also makes face mask fit more tight/secure. When you remove the face mask, do it slowly and controlled manner, to avoid spreading germs. Printing: low resolution, 0.30 mm print, infill 15-20%. In end little bit sanding makes it smooth.
