I created this filter half mask given today's needs. The product is intended to be shareable and open to everybody. This product is neither professional nor laboratory tested. Product Scope: - Reducing the size of the filtering area for ffp2 and ffp3, circular filters can be applied inside the air plugs (closures). - Reusability for most components. - Sealing tubular edges. - Increasing distance between mouth and filtering areas to reduce humidity rates. - Valid exhalation valve. - Ease of supply in crisis situations. Tip Option: When you download or print the mask and find it useful, please tip. We will reinvest to improve the mask. How to use it in Normal Conditions: - The product is designed to be rounded with a tubular plastic border to fit your face shape. - Use laces or elastic bands for fixing the mask on your face. - Add ffpX filters or isolation material to both closures that fix onto filtering areas (filtering material determines filter efficiency). - Dial the exhalation valve and disc membrane, then insert it into the opening under the mask. Use superglue to stick the exhalation valve with the mask. Suggestions: - Prefer white colors to reduce humidity and use non-toxic plastic for printing. - Print the membrane using Ninjaflex or Filaflex.
