Faceguard Visor 2.2 Stacked x 10
prusaprinters

Modified the v2.2 visor so it can stack 10 high, will fit on the prusa bed twice so can do 20 in 24hrs at .2 layer height. Included the Gcode and .3mf file. the 3mf file can be imported directly to PrusaSlicer and has all the print settings that worked quite well on a stock machine. Basically copied alot of the settings they were using on the official Prusa visor design and print settings. Once printed they pull apart pretty easily, PETg seemed to stick too much, as did one or two other PLA types, best to do a test using the 2 stack file.

When pulling them apart it seemed to work well to crack the ends of the arms first then shear the two apart.

Print Settings

Printer Brand:

Prusa

Printer:

I3 MK3S

Rafts:

No

Supports:

No

Resolution:

0.2

Infill:

5

Filament:
NA PLA

Category: Other
