I generated computer-simulated 'most beautiful faces' using EFIT-V Photofit technology: https://www.kent.ac.uk/physical-sciences/news/front-page/efit-beauty.html. Then, I ran them through a 3D face reconstruction from a single image tool: http://cvl-demos.cs.nott.ac.uk/vrn/index.php. The results are far from flawless, but they should be slightly more accurate than a sphere for capturing the proportions of your sculpts.
