thingiverse
This is a little more secondary work than other designs I see here. It requires drilling and tapping 3 holes and using stainless screws to attach the shield. However, feedback I have from nurses in my area is good. New shield can be added within a few minutes with a screwdriver.
The area between the headband and the front visor has been filled in to prevent contamination from making its way over the shield and onto the user's face or eyes. I am including a .stp file in case anyone wants to start with this geometry and make their own modifications. Anything to get our front line medical folks what they need.
