This model has been manufactured following rigorous approval by the medical experts at Alsalam Hospital in Mosul, Iraq. I utilized a high-performance 100W CO2 laser cutter with precise settings to produce an impressive 40 face shields within just 45 minutes! Operating speed was set at 13 mm/s, minimizing power usage while maintaining optimal cutting efficiency. The minimum power output was 80% and the maximum power output was 85%. A 2.5mm plastic sheet was used for the initial prototype, but it is recommended to utilize a 4mm sheet for added protection of the forehead area, eliminating the need for foam inserts. Sincerely,
