Face Shield

Face Shield

thingiverse

This design requires some additional work, but it's worth it. It involves drilling and tapping three holes, then using stainless steel screws to attach the shield. I've received great feedback from nurses in my area who've used this design, and they love how quickly they can add a new shield with just a screwdriver. The space between the headband and the front visor has been closed off to prevent any contamination from spreading to the user's face or eyes. To help others create their own custom designs, I'm including an .stp file that contains the geometry for this design. My goal is to get essential protective gear into the hands of our frontline medical workers as soon as possible.
