Face Shield with Printed Strap

Update - 04/20: Revised strap design again to make insertion even easier. Ensure retraction settings are tuned to prevent stringing. Update: A brim was added to the visor portion of the face shield to resolve issues with bed adhesion and warping. The modified strap features slightly smaller pegs, simplifying assembly. Printing the strap at 25% infill provides more rigidity for the pegs. The total print time for mask plus strap is 1 hour 15 minutes. Assembly takes less than a minute. No laser cutter or elastic bands are necessary. A remix of HanochH's great face shield design, this version includes a printable strap made from TPU or other flexible filament. The arms of the shield were extended and more sizing adjustment holes were added in conjunction with the strap. Simply add an acetate sheet (projector transparencies work perfectly) and you're ready to go. No additional supplies are required.
