Modification of TOPEdesigns' "no holes" face shield to fit standard letter-sized transparencies and optional extra head protection. Assembly Steps: Print all required parts Print the curved design from the provided PDF or DXF file Cut out the curve from a transparency sheet, cutting it in half is sufficient if you prefer, with dimensions 4.25x11 inches Use super glue or epoxy to attach the curved transparency into the "forehead cover.stl" part Slide the standard letter-sized transparency into the "face shield.stl" part Attach the forehead cover onto top of the standard letter-sized transparency using super glue or epoxy Important Print Settings: For optimal results with a 0.2 nozzle, use: PLA+ or PETG filament 0.28 layer height No brims or rafts are necessary 0% infill is recommended for lightness and flexibility Four wall line count provides adequate support Z seam - sharpest corner setting ensures the best fit on the forehead band No supports are required Note: This PDF is intended for educational purposes only.
