Modification of TOPEdesigns' "no holes" face shield to fit 8.5x11 transparencies and optional forehead protection. ———————————— Assembly: ~ Print parts ~ Print curve from PDF/dxf ~ Trace and cut curve from transparency (cut in half works fine, dimensions 4.25x11) ~ Superglue/epoxy curved transparency into "forehead cover.stl" ~ Slide 8.5x11 transparency into "face shield.stl" ~ Superglue/epoxy forehead cover onto top of 8.5x11 transparency ———————————— Important print settings (from my testing, for a 0.2 nozzle): ~ PLA+ or PETG ~ 0.28 layer height ~ no brims/rafts necessary ~ 0% infill ~ 4 wall line count ~ Z seam - sharpest corner ("shortest" will leave it on the forehead band; quite uncomfortable) ~ No supports *PDF for educational purposes only
