Face shield with clip-in acetate
thingiverse
A larger version of the HanochH mask with auto-lock for the acetate sheet. I find the original version is too small and this slightly larger version seems more universal in fitting everyone so far. Print settings: 30% infill, fast, and 0.3 layer height. Materials needed: * Clear acetate sheets: US 7 mil (about 0.18 mm) seems to be a good balance providing enough rigidity. Metric range is 0.10 mm to 0.24 mm * Elastic cord: 1/8" or 1/4" wide is perfect. You'll need approximately 8" in length for each face shield Instruction video: https://youtu.be/Hh9V6Rpu4y8
