This is my design of a Prusa hole spacing face shield. It prints much faster, at just 18 minutes on stock Anycubic i3 Mega, and in quantities of 30 or more, making it less labor-intensive than other designs. The latest estimate from small groups spread across the UK suggests we have collectively printed over 50,000 of this design by May 5th, with only around 50 individuals involved. This can easily be achieved with an 80mm hole punch. With each piece measuring 5.2mm high, stacking ten of them will result in a total height of 52mm. The CE5 GCODE has proven to be highly effective on Ender 3, 5, and 5pro printers. For the Anycubic Mega S, the VIS GCODE is the way to go. It's worth noting that may require a 105% flow rate, depending on the filament being used.
