##Update 24-05-2020: A small change has been made to the face shield. The little lip where the ends of the sheet falls under is a bit moved to the outside. We got some feedback that sometimes this little lip was fused to the legs of the face shield and that it was needed to cut it loose with a knife. Also, the 2 pins at the side are made a bit longer to accommodate the sheet and the decoration options, that we are developing, better. This is now V14. ##Update 27-04-2020: Version 12-1 has been added, this version has on each leg a small disc to improve bed adhesion. (For English, scroll down please) This page always shows the most recent update of our Face-Shield design. We keep updating as we get feedback from users. So you are always up-to-date. ####The most recent version is V14 together with V15. V14 is an open version, V15 is a closed version, Both can be used. Print-time 45-60 minutes Scroll completely down for print settings! ####What's new? This version is not closed from the top. The eyes are less protected, but you don't have any fogging of the screen. At the sides, the legs have been made a bit thicker to make the frame more robust. Beware: you may have to adjust your skirt and rotate the model to fit 2 face-shields on your printbed, depending on its size. Also, there are files added to be able to fit 2 frames on the bed for several bed sizes. The Sheet has also been updated to V14. ####Design The design consists of two parts: a headband/frame and an exchangeable screen. ####- Headband: ...see Thing Files ####- Screen: We have created the headband-design in such a way that you can use standard A4 clear sheets (Overhead Projector film or other 100 to 300 microns thick) and a standard 4-hole punch. You can also use a 2-hole punch with the 8:8:8 setting. ####For all makers: For way of working, hygiene protocol, and 3D-print tips look at link below: https://www.makers4all.org (sorry for the Dutch, but probably Google Translate can help.
