Face Shield using standard US 3 & 2-holes

thingiverse

This face shield draws inspiration from the Prusa design, but we've taken it a step further by creating a sleek and smooth headband that's easy to clean without an embedded logo. We've also repositioned the prongs for the clear sheet to the center of the design, eliminating the tiny gap around the holes at the bottom that required additional supports during printing. The redesigned bottom piece now features a 2-hole punch and can accommodate thinner than 0.020" clear sheets with ease, thanks to internal guides that make it simple to insert sheets with the recommended thickness. The standard USA 3 and 2 hole punchers work seamlessly with the holes in the clear sheet. We've also included DXF and PDF files for cutting the clear sheets with a laser cutter, optimized specifically for 24"x48" PETG Vivak sheets. The laser-cut design extends above the headband for better protection from above.
