The design has been revised to incorporate a new feature called "rightPieceAdjusted". This enhancement allows for a more precise fit of stacked visors on most printers by tightening tolerances from 0.2mm to 0.1mm. This modified version of the 3D Verkstan North America face shield was created in response to issues with printer size, which sometimes prevented the full visor from printing. To resolve this problem, the model has been split into two pieces that easily snap together after printing. Additionally, this revised design is optimized for print stacking, a process that can substantially increase visor output. The locking mechanism is robust and securely holds its position without any additional fasteners.
