THIS FILE IS INTENDED FOR COMMUNITY USE AND DISTRIBUTION ONLY! PRINT AS MANY AS YOU NEED, BUT PLEASE DO NOT SELL THEM. SHARE THEM WITH THOSE WHO REQUIRE THEM. ............................................. UPDATE: THE FILE HAS BEEN UPGRADED TO VERSION 2. THIS NEW VERSION ELIMINATES THE NEED TO REMOVE SUPPORT STRUCTURE AFTER PRINTING. SIMPLY PRINT, BREAK APART, AND ASSEMBLE. VERSION 2 WAS DESIGNED IN COLLABORATION WITH PATRICK SCHNEIDER, BUILDING ON THE ORIGINAL DESIGN BY MARTIN ØHLUND ØYEN. ............................................. THE PINS ARE BASED ON A STANDARD ISO 838 HOLE PATTERN FEATURING FOUR HOLES - "888". THEY ARE ALL SPACED 80MM APART AND CAN BE CREATED USING A STANDARD HOLE PUNCH. THE SIDE TABS FEATURE ELASTIC BAND HOLDERS WITH PRE-CUT HOLES. IMPORTANT NOTE: THIS STACK IS OPTIMIZED FOR PRINTING ON MY ULTIMAKER 2+ EQUIPPED WITH A 0.8MM NOZZLE. TIP: IF YOU EXPERIENCE STRINGING ISSUES, USE A HOT AIR GUN FOR SECONDS TO REMOVE THE EXCESS MATERIAL - IT REALLY WORKS WONDERS! THIS SOLUTION ALSO WORKED ON MY SIDEWINDER X1 WITH A 0.6MM NOZZLE. THE ATTACHED GCODE FILE IS SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED FOR AN ULTIMAKER 2+ WITH A 0.8MM NOZZLE AND WILL PRINT 20 OF THESE PINS IN 8 HOURS (USE AT YOUR OWN RISK).
