Face Shield Stack - 5

This is a design based on the popular 3DVerkstan model found here: https://3dverkstan.se/protective-visor/ IMPORTANT CURA SETTINGS! Nozzle used: .4MM Layer height: .32mm Line width: .5mm Wall line count: 4 Infill: 20% Print speed: 70 Brim: 5 (Optional/Can be adjusted) MAKE SURE BED IS LEVELED!! Don't use PETG for stacking. PETG fuses models together and it will be extremely difficult to separate. Some adjustments were made to allow for stacking, which were easily done in Tinkercad. The model is exactly 5.12mm high, with spacing between models exactly .32mm. This is because when the model is sliced, spacing is always rounded. I also added a bottom layer that's exactly .96mm high, allowing for a brim and easy cleanup. Everything here was inspired by these YouTube videos. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3pK8DqJyOPU&t=988s https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n6xn3IjSPwc&t=297s These videos were very helpful, especially when it came to understanding how the slicer works. However, I felt that they were a bit over-engineered, so I developed my own process that's easy for everyone to use. You should find the model used to create the stack and a ready-to-print 5-stack included in this file, assuming you've set your slicer settings according to the ones listed above. So far, I've printed several stacks without any issues using CURA.
