Add my Sketchup file in case someone wants to use it to make remakes The goal was to create a super lightweight face shield that doesn't exhaust the user for full-day use, while still being functional. The total weight of the frame is 7 grams. Visor made using regular A4-sized clear plastic, then punched with holes according to the provided template. Strap created using regular elastic wide band. Look at the detailed picture to see how it's looped. Designed as two parts, so if visor is too long or too short, just need to edit the Visor part. Print flat, print with PLA or PETG If you have a smaller bed, rotate it 15-20 degrees from horizontal position, so you can print many at once. Any advice and remakes are welcome!
