Face Shield (Remix) Assembly

Three piece frame for face shield design, ideal for smaller printers, allowing multiple prints on larger build plates at once. Side arms snap securely into the center headband portion with a firm click, but may require some initial force to assemble due to the friction/interference fit. Printer settings and scale adjustments of 1-2% in the center piece might be necessary if pieces do not fit together seamlessly. Preparing the visor sheet requires standard US 3-hole punching. Begin by marking the center of the sheet at 5.5 inches along its long side with a small mark. Then, make marks half an inch from this center mark on each side, aligning them with the front knubs' one-inch spacing. Position the center hole of the 3-hole punch over one offset mark and punch it through. Flip the clear sheet over and punch the other offset mark. Round off the corners of the opposite edge or have the user trim it to fit snugly. The fit will be very tight, so adjust your hole punch spacing as needed. Before wearing and after each use, thoroughly sanitize the face shield to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
