I created a design based on the Prusa R3's general dimensions, but I made it so no infill was necessary - everything is perimeters. Print using the settings shown in the screenshot - the main thing is a 0.6mm extrusion width and lots of perimeters. Later, I fine-tuned the design in FreeCAD file format to easily adjust basic dimensions and produce a headband tailored to a person's specific head size. The Face Shield Prusa R3_135mm.FCStd files contain this later version. A shield model like Shield_135mm_PrusaR3_kiss.stl, suitable for small children, was generated using Makehuman software.
