Deutsch unten This is an easy-to-build prototype of a face shield. You need: - 3D Printer - A4 plastic sheet (e.g. 0.2mm PET foil) Just print the file, then put holes in the plastic as shown in the template and push it through the visor frame. Adjust the frame by heating up the PLA frame with warm water to fit your head size. The distance from the top of the hole closer to the side adjusts the distance from the nose - the farther down, the closer to the nose. To adjust the hole placement, you can also move them further up. It's best to use a scalpel cutter or a regular drill (although it's harder due to the foil thickness). Print settings: - Layer height: 0.3 mm - Only print walls - Final model preferred - Print with brim (10-15 lines) - Thicker bottom reduces warping and improves build adhesion on my printer.
