Face Shield PPE Headband - TPU

I designed the Prusa Face Shield TPU Band to accommodate larger heads while still being adjustable. Other bands were either too loose or too tight, but this one fits perfectly, offering a comfortable fit for both larger and normal-sized heads. I created this design as part of our efforts to print Prusa Face Shields for our local community, providing a 3D printed band solution that meets the needs of everyone involved. I started with the Prusa Face Mask Strap Flexible TPU design from prusaprinters.org (https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/27462-prusa-facemask-strap-flexible-tpu), but found it needed more flexibility to accommodate my larger head. I remixed the original design to include additional stretch, ensuring a secure and comfortable fit for everyone who wears it.
