Human: 3D One Australia joins forces with local Australian hospitals and clinics, providing crucial Facial Shield PPE. These face shields offer an additional layer of protection for medical professionals on the frontlines. This innovative design remix of the Prusa R2 Faceshield allows for the use of 3mm Elastomer filament to secure the shield to the head with adjustable tension, ensuring a snug and comfortable fit. For those without access to CNC cutting capabilities, an A4 or A3 OTH or Clear PVC binder cover can be used as a substitute, simply punching a hole for the visor component. To meet the growing demand, 3D One is collaborating with local plastic suppliers to increase production capacity for Visor cutting.
