Assemble a Face Shield with Acetate Sheets Combine acetate sheets, ideally measuring 8 1/2 by 11 inches in size. Position the groove length at 11 1/2 inches. Customize the foam thickness on the forehead portion as desired. Secure the foam using double-sided tape or hot glue. Optimized for Garters Measuring Between 8mm and 10.4mm
