Face shield mask model 1 for smaller 3D printers

I recommend using directly the model 3 of this mask, because it is the latest version. This post is a modification of a mask I was working on with a team from my university, with the purpose of providing technically studied, tested and redesigned 3D printed supplies to medical centers in Argentina during this global health emergency. The published model itself is a modified version of this one from HanochH. I designed this mask for smaller printers than the usual 20cm x 20cm hot bed. The smaller side of the hot bed must be at least 13cm or higher, and the other side must be at least 17cm or higher. Like the original ones, this model does not need to use another strap to hold it in place, nor pierce the acetate to secure it. It only needs an A4 acetate sheet, which should be placed in the groove on the front of the mask. However, special care must be taken with temperature, flow, and level configurations to avoid the merging of the groove. Brim or raft is strictly prohibited. To cut the corners of the acetate plaque, I've designed this stencil. Warning: although the original model was designed and approved for use within medical facilities in exposure to COVID-19 patients, the model posted here was never tested for this use, so it can be used for public attention but must not be used as a first line of defense against these patients. Other models: * Model 1, remake, for smaller 3D printers * Model 2, for smaller 3D printers * Model 3, for smaller 3D printers
