Face Shield LED Light Add On

This is a snap-on component that makes it possible to attach non-blinking, battery-powered LED lights (usually used for balloons or paper lanterns) directly onto the PRUSA RC3 face shield. The lights can be activated before or after they are installed in the part. First, slide the front of the part over the top of the face shield and then snap it into place on the same two mounting points that hold the plastic shield. You can expect approximately 4 hours of use before the LEDs begin to dim. Using PLA filament allows some flexibility in the finished product, enabling it to snap securely into place. **Note:** I modified this prototype version 2 to accommodate the lights. It may take a bit of pressure to insert the lights into the holes. Remove the protective paper covering the battery before installing. Once installed, turn clockwise to activate the LED or counterclockwise to deactivate. This updated version features thicker walls to prevent cracking during installation. I discovered that I can still use PLA material without issues. The part includes an anchoring hole to secure the LED if it's too loose. Use this hole as a guide when installing LEDs or removing them to replace the batteries. **Note:** For testing purposes, I used white LEDs; however, the final product does not require any wires. **Note:** I printed this part on a PRUSA MK3/S printer without encountering any problems.
