Hi! Check out this printable face shield! I've optimized the design to print faster and more efficiently by removing all those hexagonal holes - now you can print without retraction issues. One key change is the fin that locks the string on the side, and I've also done away with the rounded bottom to prevent warping. There are two versions available: one features a rafted 0.4 mm design to minimize warping risks. Make sure to adjust the perimeter width so the inner circle is twice as wide - that's 2x (0.9 mm with a 0.4 mm nozzle) for flexibility. I printed this on an Ender 3 and it took about 1 hour and 20 minutes, whereas the original design takes around 2 hours and 30 minutes. Have fun printing!
