Face shield / Gesichtsschutz

Here is the original text rewritten to meet the Flesch-Kincaid test score of 100%: This remix is inspired by the cool idea from esartprojectfactory. I've made it easier to print and added a protective surface at the top. If you have ideas on how to improve my design, please send me a message. # Why I know some people working in healthcare who wear glasses and struggle with wearing face masks, glasses, and additional protective eyewear. Unfortunately, they don't have access to professional face shields right now. # Details To use this face shield, you'll need a simple rubber band and a transparent sheet the size of A4. I used foil from an overhead projector. You can also try using laminating foil or transparent envelopes. Punch holes inside with an office punch and set the measurement to 888. You can test it out with a sheet of paper first. # How to Print I printed this face shield using PETG and PLA. The layer height should be 0.3mm. No support is needed, and I don't use a brim. Just add a skirt to prime the nozzle. Reduce the skirt distance to 1mm to avoid problems with bed size. Printing takes about an hour. # Orientation Place the flat side on the heatbed. Layer thickness: 0.3 mm Infill: 100% Support: None # Be Careful! Remember, this is not a professional protective gear. Use it only in emergencies or when you don't have access to professional protective gear. Don't forget to wear a mask, wash your hands regularly, and maintain a safe distance if possible. # Stay Healthy!
