If you find this useful, please consider sending a tip. Thanks! https://paypal.me/cdsmakestuff I needed face shields for young kids in the 5-8 age range and couldn't find much available. Based on the 3DVerkstan design, I came up with this. To make it work, you'll need standard clear projector or report cover sheets, cut in half. An adjustable three hole punch is a must-have, but you'll also need to adjust the hole spacing for it to fit properly. First, set up the hole punch by placing the center hole exactly 5.5 inches from the fixed alignment edge. The hole to the left of center should be 2 7/16 inches away from the center hole (measured from center to center), while the hole to the right is 2 1/2 inches away. Next, place the long edge of the cut sheet in the hole punch, aligning it with the fixed alignment point and punching it through. Remove the flip sheet short side to short side, insert it again, and punch once more. You should now have four holes on one long side. When printing, use two bottom layers and two top layers, along with three perimeters. Set your layer height to .32 (using a .4 nozzle), disable infill entirely, and crank up the speeds and temperatures while reducing part cooling. For single-piece prints using PLA, I manage about 25 minutes.
