FACE GUARD 3D PRINTABLE FRAME FOR FACE GUARD MODEL: VEHYS757-2 REF: 3DCORPS.ORG #10010 Medium frame height face guard. This design has been thoroughly tested and approved for use on 4/2/2020. It offers a balance between the thinner flat frame Verkstan (easy to break but fast to print) and the NIH Full Height Frame (long print times, more coverage). Face Guard Material: 8.5"x11" Clear Binding Cover (available in large quantities for 757). No assembly required. For those using this design, a standard adjustable 3-hole punch is recommended. We are rapidly scaling up our print operations to meet the growing demand as the COVID-19/SARS-2 Virus spreads and providing these face guards by request to our local medical community. This project utilizes 8.5"x11" binding covers (clear) and an adjustable three hole punch to maximize distance and protection. Thanks to Luis Pacheco, Rob Woods, Sentara, and the 757 Makerspace community for helping put this together for our local medical community. We're now printing and making these face guards with our distributed maker team. Material: PETG, ABS, Nylon, or PLA will work. • 30% Infill • Wall Thickness: 1.6mm • Layer Height .3mm • .4mm nozzle • 3 Perimeters • Supports Not Necessary
